the founder
The governance of THE TASK CONSULTING LTD is primarily executed by the Director,
Mrs. Marie Anouchka Nadine CATHERINE-DELPY. The Director also undertakes the roles of the Manager, Programme Officer and Trainer. The Administrative Staff, Trainers and Non-Trainers have the responsibility to implement the directives and processes led by the Director in the form of the centre’s policies and procedures.
Director, Manager, Programme Officer & Trainer
Mrs. Marie Anouchka Nadine CATHERINE-DELPY is the sole Director of THE TASK CONSULTING LTD. She has also been handling the responsibilities of the Manager of the Training Institution and Programme Officer since the initial registration of the training institution in 2013 with MQA. The latter has immeasurable experience in the Hospitality & Tourism Sector as she has been Trainer at Ecole Hôtelière Sir Gaëtan Duval, Constance Academy and she also acquired International experience in the field. In addition she has a Maters In Business Administration awarded by the Mancosa.
Secretary
The Secretary, Ms. Munroop Saloshni manages all the operations related to the training institution.
General Attendant
General Attendants outsourced, one at each site to ensure proper housekeeping, a healthy, safe and conducive environment.
THE TASK CONSULTING LTD is a small but well-structured training institution. The good governance enables us to fulfil our strategic objectives and ensure we are well managed and accountable to our stakeholders.
LEARNING ENVIRONMENT & FACILITIES
THE TASK CONSULTING LTD provides conditions to facilitate a safe and sound learning environment. The learning environment includes offices, safe classrooms, workshops, practical classrooms, common spaces, and other facilities.
We ensure that the learning environment is conducive and issues relating to environmental conditions including the following are considered:
- Proper access
- Safety and Security
- Adequate lighting and ventilation
- Proper housekeeping and cleanliness
- Control over noise and other distractions
We aim to provide and maintain a set of high standards of resources for trainees and staff. Our working/learning environment reflects a safe and supportive culture where the needs of all members are met to ensure training excellence. The centre constitutes of 1 spacious classroom, 1 big practical room/kitchen, a Director’s office, an open plan reception area, and common areas that are kept clean, well ventilated, and secured at all times.
