MANAGEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES
the founder
The governance of THE TASK CONSULTING LTD is primarily executed by the Director,
Mrs. Marie Anouchka Nadine CATHERINE-DELPY. The Director also undertakes the roles of the Manager, Programme Officer and Trainer. The Administrative Staff, Trainers and Non-Trainers have the responsibility to implement the directives and processes led by the Director in the form of the centre’s policies and procedures.
THE TASK CONSULTING LTD believes that the code of ethics is important so as to establish and ensure that everyone in the company is clear on the mission, values and guiding principles of the Training Institution. It provides employees with a framework of which rules exist, from a regulatory and law-enforcement standpoint and how to act in the grey areas of value-based ethics that aren’t always clear.
Individual members and governing bodies themselves should at all times conduct themselves in accordance with accepted standards of behaviour in public life which embrace selflessness, integrity, objectivity, accountability, openness, honesty and leadership.

Accountability
Holders of public office are accountable for their decisions and actions to the public and must submit themselves to whatever scrutiny is appropriate to their office.
Openness
Holders of public office should be as open as possible about all the decisions and actions they take. They should give reasons for their decisions and restrict information only when the wider public interest clearly demands.
Honesty
Holders of public office have a duty to declare any private interests relating to their public duties and to take steps to resolve any conflicts arising in a way that protects the public interest.
Leadership
Holders of public office should promote and support these principles by leadership and example.
